Phoenix Christian Athletic Director – Ben Stryczek
Ben Stryczek is a graduate of California State University and has spent the last three years as the Men’s Head Varsity Basketball Coach where he has led our Cougars to back to back Final-Four appearances. Stryczek’s combined 15 years of athletic leadership includes coaching, camp and tournament directing as well as previous AD work where he implemented various initiatives to promote sportsmanship and academic excellence among athletes.
Coach Stryczek looks forward to building on a strong athletic foundation while leading and mentoring coaches at Phoenix Christian.

Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Performance – Ray Karvis
Ray Karvis joined the PC Athletic Staff this fall as the Director of Sports Performance. Coach K brings over 20 years of experience to the role having worked throughout the valley as a strength and conditioning coach as well as a successful head football coach for notable varsity programs.
Most recently Coach K worked as the Assistant Director of Sports Performance at DST-AZ where he primarily trained collegiate athletes at Arizona Christian University. Coach K looks forward to establishing the partnership between DST-AZ and PC while leading our athletes to excel on and off the field.

Assistant Athletic Director – Jade Backenkeller
