Making Life-long Connections

Phoenix Christian students have an abundance of opportunities to connect. No matter their age, there are spaces for each student to build relationships and foster their interests outside of the classroom.

Extracurriculars at Phoenix Christian

Our campus life for students in kindergarten through 12th grade is dynamic, inviting, and well-rounded. From athletics to after-school programs, student-led clubs or decades-old school traditions, each group and club is built with connection and engagement in mind.

Retreats

Each fall, we take our entire high school student body up north for three days of class competitions, spiritual formation, and some serious bonding. And each spring, we send our eighth grade and fifth grade classes to separate getaway camps, where they celebrate their time in elementary and middle school and prepare for the next chapter together with their classmates.

Homecoming

At Phoenix Christian, Homecoming is a big deal. We have spirit days all week, host a bonfire and powderpuff game, elect a Homecoming Court, and rally the student body before Friday night lights. And keeping with tradition, our alumni base turns out in full force to reminisce and reflect on their life-changing years at PC.

Chapel

Weekly student-led chapels at PC are hilarious, poignant, convicting, and transformative at any given moment. The Chapel Student Leadership Team (CSaLT) works diligently each week to lead worship, select topics, invite speakers, and spur their fellow students on to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.

Community Service Days

Three times each school year, Phoenix Christian middle school students, high school students, and faculty spread out to locations across the Valley to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus. We partner with local nonprofit organizations to feed the homeless and hungry, fellowship with those who are homebound or bedridden, encourage those who are grieving, and so much more.
