I was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison for undergrad. I moved to Dallas, Texas, where I became a teacher and earned a Highly Qualified endorsement for Math grades 4-8. I also became a mom in Texas, to my one and only kiddo. After she turned 1, we moved to Phoenix where we’ve made our home for 12 years now. Still not used to the heat, so we sun-bird to Wisconsin every summer.
