Missionary Service: our family (my husband, son and daughter) lived in SE Asia serving among people there; 2000-2017

Why PC: The missional vision of PC is what attracted me here. After teaching in public schools, it is a joy to be able to speak of Jesus freely! PC’s vision of
welcoming families of diverse backgrounds and beliefs dovetails with my deep conviction that we are to live and serve others as lights in the world.

Favorite Verse:
A favorite Bible verse: Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Proverbs 3:5,6 This is one of my life verses – it reminds me that complete surrender and dependance on the Lord is what He calls us to. This is the place of true joy and peace amid difficult circumstances and anxious times. It comes with a promise: that he will lead us in the best way, not only for our good, but for His glory and Kingdom purposes! In my free time I enjoy playing the piano and cello, cooking, and being with people over good food and conversation.
