I have been blessed to serve as a Spanish teacher in rural settings, public school settings, and private Christian education for 15 years with 25 years of serving in Education overall.

The K-12 mission of Phoenix Christian, diversity of student-body and reputation of school leadership made this a clear fit for me to serve. The family-like atmosphere and the need for a qualified Spanish teacher to serve these students were all critical factors to make Phx Christian an opportune ministry where I can invest in the lives of the students day-after-day. A favorite Bible verse is 2 Corinthians 5:21 which describes not only the unfathomable kindness of God for us in the atoning work of Christ at the cross but also the purpose for His sacrifice. It states what God calls believers to become as a result of His “it is finished” work. The verse states: “For our sake He made Him to be sin who knew no sin so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.”
