1. Satisfactory attendance for the previous school year. (All grades)
2. Satisfactory behavior record for the previous school year. (All grades)
3. A 2.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale during their last year of school; standardized test scores may be considered. (2nd – 12th)
4. No Failing grades on the student’s most recent school transcripts. * (All grades)

B. Spiritual Criteria:

1. At least one parent/guardian must be a born-again Christian and be able to communicate personal testimony. (All grades)
2. At least one parent/guardian must be a current regular attendee of a Biblically based church. (All grades)
3. That at least one parent/guardian of the student profess that the Old and New Testament Scriptures are the final authority for one's life and practice. (All grades)
4. Students are expected to be regular attendees of a Biblically based church. (All grades)
5. Student must provide positive indication of understanding of Phoenix Christian’s Statement of Faith and an openness to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. (All grades)

C. Attitudinal Criteria

1. Demonstrate a strong desire to attend and become part of Phoenix Christian Unified Schools. (All grades)
2. Satisfactorily interview with Phoenix Christian Unified School Administrator. (All grades)
3. Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to following Phoenix Christian’s policies and procedures. (All grades)

* A one time failing grade may not exclude a student from admission, but circumstances will be evaluated during admission process to determine if admission can proceed.
