College Board AP Program 2009 Fee Reduction Policy (Details)

Phoenix Christian High School students will be registering for AP exams online using Total Registration. Typically, only students taking AP courses register for AP Exams.  There may be some International students that want to take an AP foreign language exam and they may do so.  Registration can be done from any computer with an internet connection.

To register for AP Exams, please visit www.phoenixchristianhs.TotalRegistration.net. There is no need to log in to do this, just answer all of the questions on the form.

Each AP exam costs $86.00 and must be paid for before we order exams.

Here are the important dates:
                               
February 8, 2010 - 8:00 a.m. - Registration begins
March 8th, 2010 - 8:00 a.m. - Registration ends
March 9th, 2010 - 8:00 a.m. - Begin late registration fee of $10.00
April 21st, 2010 - 3:00 p.m. - AP Pre-Admin Session in the library
April 23rd, 2010 - 3:00 p.m. - AP Pre-Admin Session in the library

When filling out the form, be sure to select all your exams and the appropriate teachers. Please select if you are eligible for the free/reduced lunch program which qualifies you for a fee waiver (partial waiver from the College Board and partial fee waiver from Phoenix Christian).  If you need specific guidelines for this program, please see the attached document.  You will not be able to come back and edit this registration at a later date. You must also register for one of the AP Pre-Admin sessions where you will complete the necessary paperwork required to take the exams. Once you have completed the form, click "Preview" to view all of your entries. If you need to correct any information, use your browser’s back button. If everything is correct, click "Register". This will record your registration and display the confirmation page.

When you reach the confirmation page, print two copies, one for your records and the other to return to the school with your payment. Your payment and confirmation must be returned to Lisa Blake or Amber Walker, in the counseling office before 8:00 am, Monday, March 8th, 2010. Your registration is not complete until payment is made.
