Personal Testimony:

I began to feel a desire to share my faith at an early age.  At the age of eighteen I felt a call to missions and came to the United States to get an education. Early in life I knew I had a gift for teaching and it was natural for me to be comfortable around people and to be happy teaching them. It wasn't until the last seven years that I discovered that teaching teenagers was a delight. After teaching adults for most of my adult life it was an easy transition to start teaching high school. Teaching is what I am most happy doing.

Personal Information:

I have been married to Hector Llanes for the last 25 years. We have four children ages 21, 18, 15 and 11.  When I am not at school teaching, I am a pastor's wife ministering to others at church and in their homes. I enjoy teaching marriage and parenting classes.  I enjoy being with my family the most, going out to eat and watching movies.  We also like to travel and visit our extended famly.
